Are your products 3-A Sanitary Certified?

Yes. All of our products meet the high hygienic standards set by 3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. and are 3-A Sanitary Certified. This means that our products are the gold standard and are designed and manufactured to be accepted by the FDA, USDA, state regulators, and other agencies. 

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We are happy to offer custom fabrication and work with a talented team to provide any type of custom product, even if it’s drawn on a napkin. Please reach out to our team with your request at sales@sanifitdirect.com to get started.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. If you would like to pay by check, wire, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, please reach out to our team for assistance before ordering. Goods will be shipped upon verification of funds.

What is your warranty policy?

We provide a manufacturer’s warrant with most of our products. Please note that warranty terms may vary depending on prior product usage or if the request does not meet the manufacturer’s criteria. However, we always want to do right by our customers, so we will try our best to find the best possible solution.

How do I request a return or refund?

Please reach out to our team at sales@sanifitdirect.com with your order number and the reason you would like to return. We will work with you to process your request. Returns must be made within 30 days and your order may be subject to a restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Do you offer tax exempt ordering?

Yes we do. Before ordering, please email your tax-exempt certificate to sales@sanifitdirect.com along with the email address you will use to order and we will get you set up.

Do you offer payment terms?

We offer Net 30 terms if you are a municipal or government organization. We offer Net 30 terms to business customers on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out sales@sanifitdirect.com for approval.
