Please note: Orders at SaniFitDirect may incur considerable shipping cost depending on what is ordered. Please feel free to reach out before ordering if you are unsure, so we can make sure you are getting exactly what you need. If you have a problem with the order or an issue to resolve, please contact us directly and we will do our best to reach a solution.

Return Process

Return Authorization

  • All returned merchandise must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, please contact sales@sanifitdirect.com to initiate a return
  • RGA numbers are assigned only by the SaniFitDirect sales team
  • Products returned must correspond with products authorized on the RGA
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the RGA
  • Returns may be to a different address than origination address

Return Conditions

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • A 20% restocking charge (20% of the net invoice price) applies to resalable merchandise returned in new condition with original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Note that we have absorbed shipping costs on many outgoing "free shipping" orders
  • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
  • If merchandise is not in new condition, an additional reconditioning charge will be deducted from the credit
  • Custom, international, and special orders are not eligible for return
  • Orders of large quantity may not be returned at our discretion

Warranty Coverage

SaniFitDirect guarantees a 90-day warranty for all products, protecting you from manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid only when products are installed and used correctly according to specifications.
