Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on order over $100. This does not include Hawaii or Alaska. We will always notify you before shipping if additional charges will occur and you can decide at that time if you would like to proceed with the order.
Same Day Shipping
We ship most in stock orders on the same day if your order is placed during normal business hours. We operated Monday - Friday (EST, excluding holidays). We cannot guarantee that orders placed after 3 PM EST will ship the same day.
Options
Standard: Delivery time dependent on address (FedEx, UPS, freight)
Expedited: 1 or 2 day delivery (Expedited Processing and Shipping)
Overnight: 1 day delivery (Immediate Processing, Overnight Shipping)

Costs
Shipping costs are calculated by weight, speed, dimensions, destination, handling requirements. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (continental US). For international delivery, delivery time is dependent on address. We also require documentation, use of customer shipping account and the customer is responsible for all fees, duties, and taxes.
Delivery Notes
Business Addresses: Better receiving hours, unloading equipment, fewer complications (Recommended)
Residential: Appointment scheduling for large items, curbside delivery standard, may potentially incur additional fees
Damaged or Missing Items
Please note we do not have control over delivery times and damaged or lost packages after packages are given to the carrier. We will do our best to assist you in finding lost packages, rerouting packages in transit, or checking shipment status. Please contact us. Make sure to inspect packages before signing and document with photos. Report damage within 48 hours and missing items within 5 days Please retain all packaging.
